Graduate from an accredited college, trade school, or certification program. Eligible graduates must have completed their education within the last 3 years (local) or the last 7 years (relocating).
Secure employment with an eligible employer in Guernsey County and live locally, or relocate to the area within 90 days to qualify for the program.
Complete the pre-application and provide the required documentation to verify your eligibility. Full applications will be available soon.
If selected, recipients can receive up to $20,000, paid directly to them, monthly for up to four years. Monthly payments are issued as long as the recipient provides verified proof that the funds were paid to their lender.
